Refund Policy

Every FilerPK fee is fixed and confirmed before work begins. This policy explains what happens if you need to cancel.

1. Before work starts

If you cancel after paying but before we have started work on your case, we refund our professional fee in full.

2. After work has started

If you cancel while work is in progress, we refund the portion of our fee for work not yet done. We will explain what has been completed and how the refund amount was worked out.

3. After submission

Once a return, registration or response has been submitted to FBR, SECP, PSEB or another authority, the service is complete and our fee is not refundable.

4. Government fees

Government fees, duties and penalties are paid to the relevant authority on your behalf. Once paid, they are not refundable by us; any refund of those amounts is subject to the authority's own rules.

5. If we cannot deliver

If we are unable to provide a service we agreed to — for reasons on our side — we refund our professional fee for that service in full.

6. How to request a refund

Email info@filerpk.com or message us on WhatsApp at +92 314 9982387 with your name and the service you paid for. Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method where possible.
