Tax work means handling sensitive information. This policy explains what we collect, why we need it, how we protect it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

• Contact details you give us when you message, call or email us — such as your name, phone number and email address.
• Identity and tax information needed to deliver a service — such as your CNIC or NICOP, NTN, addresses, and business registration details.
• Financial documents you share for a filing — such as bank statements, salary certificates, invoices, withholding certificates and FBR notices.
• Basic technical data our hosting provider records automatically when you visit the website, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested.

This website does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies or personal identifiers, and Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the ATL status checker from bots.

3. How we use your information

• To prepare, file and follow up on the returns, registrations and responses you ask us to handle.
• To communicate with you about your case, deadlines and fees.
• To meet our legal and professional record-keeping obligations.
• To keep the website secure and working properly.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unrelated to the services you have asked about.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only where needed to deliver your service or where the law requires it, for example:

• Government bodies such as FBR, provincial revenue authorities, SECP and PSEB, when filing or registering on your behalf.
• Service providers who help us operate, such as hosting and communication platforms, under confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities, when we are legally required to disclose information.

5. WhatsApp, phone and email

Many clients contact us through WhatsApp. Messages and files sent there are also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. If you prefer, ask us for another way to share sensitive documents.

6. How long we keep it

We keep client records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal record-keeping requirements, including the period during which FBR may review or audit a filed return. After that, records are deleted or anonymised.

7. How we protect it

Access to client files is limited to the staff working on them. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your choices
